Privacy notice

Your setup request

Ordering Owl collects the restaurant name, contact name, email, city and country you provide when requesting setup. You may also provide a phone number, website or menu link, current ordering provider, a message and interest in online payments.

We use this information to respond to your request and assist with restaurant onboarding. Submitting a request does not sign you up for marketing or activate a paid subscription.

Storage and service providers

Requests are stored in a private database on our hosting server. A notification is queued for our team through our email service. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver these services. Lead data is not published on this website.

We also record the submission time, source brand, originating button, landing page path and limited campaign tags. Security controls use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. We do not include your contact details in analytics events or page URLs.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not load third-party advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Temporary session storage records only whether a request was saved so the thank-you page can display the right message. Your form details are not stored in that session flag.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information in your setup request. We keep requests for follow-up and onboarding and review information for removal when it is no longer needed. We may retain information where necessary to meet applicable obligations.
